Once Luis and Gary arrived they were very friendly and knowledgeable. Luis explained in great detail what are issues with our system were and 30 minutes later our system was working again. We are so happy and impressed with Luis and Gary that we signed up for their maintenance program to help maintain our system in good working condition. Not sure if you can request a technician but if you can ask for Luis.

Can't recommend Kats enough! After communicating with them late Sunday night when my furnace went out, Giovanni and his team we're promptly at my house the next morning to run me through the options. We landed on a replacement and within 30min, they were already at work. The new furnace is great, they improved my current drain and exhaust piping + humidifier placement just to do it, and left the place spotless. My furnace went out two weeks ago. I called the company that had a sticker on my furnace, they came out and told me that I needed a new furnace, and quoted me over $5500 for a new one. Wanting to get a 2nd opinion I called Kats Heating and A/C, they came out right away and diagnosed me with a bad capacitor and bad high limit switch. They fixed both of the problems, and my furnace was pumping out heat in no time.
